A homepage, within a homepage, on my own website.
HELLO. My name is Dale. I am 58. I live in Ontario. I built this website myself in a program that no longer exists and I have not changed my approach since.
I started making shirts because I could not find one that said the thing I wanted it to say. Then I made a second one. Then a man at the transfer station asked me where I got it and that was the business plan.
I do the drawings, the words, the emails, and this website. I do not do the photography well and I have made my peace with that. What you are looking at is what the shirt looks like.
People ask why the website looks like this. It looks like this because I made it and it works. I have used the modern ones. They all look the same and I cannot tell them apart and neither can you.
My ex-wife thinks this is a phase. It has been four years. At some point a phase is just a job.
