Where we ship

Canada and the United States.

Production time

Items are printed or embroidered to order. Production takes 1–2 business days before the order is handed to the carrier.

Delivery time

After production, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Canada and the continental United States. Remote postal codes may take longer.

Cost

Shipping is free on orders over $55 CAD. Below that, a flat rate is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. Duties and import taxes are not charged on domestic Canadian or United States orders, as items ship from within North America.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the carrier scans the parcel. If you have not received tracking within four business days of ordering, email dale@dalesdepot.com with your order number.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you. Email dale@dalesdepot.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo.
