Returns and Refunds

The window

You may return any item within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Condition

Worn and washed items are accepted. This is deliberate: the guarantee covers whether the item holds up in normal use, which cannot be assessed without wearing and washing it.

How to return

Email dale@dalesdepot.com with your order number. A prepaid return label is emailed to you, normally the same business day.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the carrier’s first scan of the return. You do not need to wait for the parcel to arrive with us. Original shipping charges you paid are refunded as well. There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, place a new order and return the original. This is faster than a held exchange and the refund is processed the same way.

Faulty items

Printing or stitching faults are replaced or refunded at any time, not only within 60 days. Nothing on this page limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
