Doug is good.
That is the whole description. I have complaints about most people on this website but I do not have a single complaint about Doug. He fixed a mower I was told was unfixable. He charged me less than the quote. He called me when he said he would call me, on the day, at the time.
I do not know how a man like that ends up doing small engines in a shop with no sign, but he does, and if you have a Doug you should be nicer to him than you currently are.
